PayPal charged me, but I don’t see a download.

Return to your ScopeKit order page and use “Check again.” Downloads unlock only after PayPal's payment confirmation has been verified. Some payments remain pending. If PayPal shows a completed payment and your order still has no download, email support with your transaction reference. Do not pay again.

How long is my download available?

Your private download link remains available for 30 days after payment confirmation. Save the ZIP file to your own device. You can keep and use the downloaded files under the license terms.

I can’t open a file, or I was charged twice.

Contact support within 14 days of purchase with the payment reference and details of the issue. We will review the issue and work toward a correction, replacement access, or an appropriate refund. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Where did my draft brief go?

The free builder holds your details on the current page. Refreshing or closing the page clears them. Download a copy before leaving; the service does not keep a backup of your brief.

Does a support payment unlock the kit?

No. Optional support payments for the free tool do not purchase the kit. To purchase the kit, use its clearly labeled $19 PayPal checkout when available.
